Department Executive (Operation)

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for achievement of sales budget of assigned department. Managed Stocks and Inventory total department.
  • Managed stocks ordering and to minimize out of stocks situation from occur at the department. Ordering to be made by determination of lead time, buffer stocks and based on sales report.
  • Responsible for operation of the department, stocks arrangement, stocks display, stocks quality and stocks management.
  • To support Store Manager in planning and execution of projects assigned by the company.
  • To collaborate with Store Manager in managing good inventory and maximize profitability
  • Lead and coach team in the department from Sales Assistant post to Supervisor. Communicate and work together with Merchandising in discussing upon promotion stocks, stocks allocation and promotional area at store.
  • Provide good customer service on all area.
  • Able to work on flexible schedule including weekends and public holiday.
  • Manage business performance through sales goals and business follow up
  • To obliged with company’s Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must poses at least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM), Diploma / Degree in any Field.
  • At least Four (4) years of working experience in retail industry field is required for this position.
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia, ability to speak in other dialects such as Mandarin, Tamil, and local dialects is an added advantage.
  • Pleasant Personality and able to communicate with the customers.
  • Full Time position.
